Aluminum Frame
- For general cleaning, spray or wipe down the frame to remove loose dirt and debris. For a deeper clean, use a soft sponge, mild detergent, and warm water. Rinse thoroughly.
- If needed, please contact us for touch-up kits that can be used for minor surface scratches.
Mesh Sling Fabric
- For basic maintenance, the sling fabric can be easily spot cleaned with warm water and mild soap.
- For stains, wipe off excess and spray a solution of 1 tbsp liquid detergent and 2 tbsp household bleach mixed with a gallon of water onto the affected areas. Let it set for 2 minutes, scrub gently with a soft brush, and rinse.
Cushion (Sold Separately)
- The cushion is water resistant and can be easily spot cleaned with warm water and mild soap.

Do I need to keep the Chaise Lounge covered when not in use?
It is always advisable to cover your Chaise Lounge with the included OuterShell® or the optional All-Weather Cover to keep your chaise looking pristine.
How hot does aluminum get compared to steel?
Aluminum doesn't heat up as quickly as steel when exposed to heat. This means that even on hot summer days, aluminum stays cooler and more comfortable to touch compared to steel.
Why is this called the Infinity Chaise™?
The Infinity Chaise™ Lounge features a gas spring that allows the backrest to incline and decline to infinite positions, unlike most chaise loungers. Its design includes back legs recessed from the backrest frame, creating a "floating" effect inspired by infinity pools. Lastly, with sling tensioning and sling replacement functionalities, the Infinity Chaise™ Lounge has the potential to last indefinitely.
Can it be used on uneven surfaces?

How does the gas spring work to raise and lower the backrest?
Our Infinity Chaise™ Lounge uses a gas-spring cylinder to allow you to easily adjust the backrest to any angle between flat and 70 degrees. The gas spring cylinder contains an internal piston connected to the backrest, similar to a car hatchback door mechanism. Pulling on the handle located on the side of the chaise controls the amount of "push" from the pressurized gas, enabling you to lower or lift the backrest to your desired position.
How long does the sling usually last?
We offer an industry-leading 5-year warranty on our sling. Additionally, with the patent-pending sling-tightening innovation and the ability to fully replace the sling, you can enjoy your Infinity Chaise™ Lounge for years to come while also contributing to environmental sustainability.

How is the sling tightened?
Our patent-pending sling-tensioning technology allows you to periodically retighten the sling, rejuvenating the chaise's comfort. Attached to both side edges of the sling are gripping rods, hidden within the chaise frame. Each rod is movable up and down, and pulling either rod down within the frame causes the sling to tighten, similar to tightening a guitar string. Rotating the bolts connected to each rod, accessible under the chaise frame, tightens the sling. Additionally, removing all the bolts allows the sling and rods to be slid out from the frame and replaced if needed.
A specific tool is not included, however, any metric 10mm socket wrench will work. We recommend a T-handle socket wrench for ease of tightening. Please do not use a power tool to tighten the sling as there is a high risk of over-torquing and stripping the threaded insert. Using a power tool may void the warranty.
