- Convenience. The patented OuterShell® cover rolls easily out and over the cushions when not in use to protect them from everyday dirt, debris, and morning dew. Velcro keeps it securely in place. Its built-in handle makes transporting the cushions a breeze when extreme weather is on the horizon.

- Craftsmanship. Our All-Weather Wicker is handwoven using a special technique by our master artisans that results in a beautiful, yet durable, weave.
- Durability. Our machine-washable fabric is woven from solution-dyed yarn that makes it highly resistant to UV light. Using this process means the fabric won’t fade and the issue of extra dye running off into the water supply is eliminated. The are finished with the same DWR nano protective coating used in performance camping gear making our fabric stain-resistant, water-resistant, and easily cleanable. You can rest easy knowing that our fabric is eco-friendly and made from recyclable materials.
- Strength. Our structural inner frame is a high-strength aluminum-magnesium alloy that is powder-coated for enhanced weather resistance. Each chair can support up to 400 pounds.

The Cushions
- The cushion covers are water resistant and can be spot cleaned easily with warm water and mild soap.
- For a refresh, cover the Velcro with the included strips to protect the fabric. toss the covers in the washing machine with cold water, and air dry.
The All-Weather Wicker Frame
- For general cleaning, spray or wipe down the frame to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Rinse thoroughly with a spray hose on medium, and let the frame and wicker air dry before use.

What is your wicker seating warranty?

What is your return policy?

Is my Outer seating modular?
Yes. Arrange them in any configuration you like, and rearrange them periodically to give your space a fresh look. We provide optional blue clips (for All-Weather Wicker) and steel clips (for Teak and Aluminum) with each chair that attach under the frame to hold the chairs in place and add more stability to a specific configuration.
Do my All-Weather Wicker chairs require assembly?
It's simple. Your White Glove delivery team will attach the legs using our custom screws and the tool provided. From there, the chairs can be arranged and secured to one another with the Outer clips.
How is the All-Weather Wicker made?
Our All-Weather Wicker is handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in the finished product. Each steel frame is hand-welded to guarantee durability, with aesthetically clean bead welding. A master weaver assembles each chair with our synthetic wicker, which is made of a combination of high-density and low-density polyethylene.
